Ebbe & Food GmbH is a developer, producer, and distributor of innovative food components and plant-based products. As a specialist in breading systems, extrudates, cornflakes, and individual product developments, we supply national and international companies in the food industry. In addition, we operate our own consumer brand “Veggie Crumbz.”
To further strengthen our growth, we are looking for a creative, analytical, and strong leadership personality as soon as possible:
Marketing & Sales Marketing Lead (m/f/d)
– strategic, creative, and growth-oriented.
The Tasks:
Marketing (Lead)
– Development and management of the entire marketing strategy (B2B & B2C)
– Brand management for Ebbe & Food as well as Veggie Crumbz
– Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEA), social media content, performance marketing
– Development, implementation, and creation of communication concepts, product presentations, and target-group-relevant content
– Responsibility for trade fair appearances, campaigns, product launches, and corporate design
Sales Marketing
– Development of tools and strategies to support sales (sales enablement)
– Creation of high-performance sales materials, presentations, and case studies
– Collaboration with the sales team on lead generation, qualification, and operational handling
– Market, trend, and competitor analyses as a basis for product and sales decisions
– Creation of sales documents as well as coordination, preparation, and handling of sampling
– Strengthening our B2B presence through targeted industry marketing and networking
Your profile:
– Completed studies in marketing, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
– Strategic abilities combined with a hands-on mentality
– Confident handling of digital marketing tools, social media, CRM and automation systems
– Creativity, strong communication skills, and a pronounced brand understanding
– Very good German and English skills
– Experience in the food industry is a plus
